Eggless dry fruit cake recipe-

Total time- 50 mins

Preparation time- 15 mins

Cooking time – 35 mins

Serves- 4


  • 5 cup Maida
  • 3/4 cup Powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup Butter
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Cashew nuts
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup tutti fruity
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Preparation method-


Step -1

Chop all the dry fruits and nuts almonds, cashew, walnuts and keep them side as these will be used later.

Step -2

Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and add baking soda, Maida and baking powder and mix well.

Step -3

Melt your butter well and mix sugar in the bowl and mix them well no lumps should be there.

Step- 4

Next add condensed milk and whisk it well.

Step- 5

Now add all the chopped nuts and tutty fruity in it and mix it well.

Step- 6

Pre-heat your oven at 180-degree Celsius.

Step- 7

Take a bowl in which you will bake your cake and grease it with butter.

Step- 8

Now pour all the ingredients in that bowl for baking it in an oven.

Step- 9

Now your cake will be ready in 50mins cut your cake into slices and serve it in a plate. You can also refrigerate it.
